Gale Force Software is seeking bright, talented, dedicated software engineers with excellent communications skills and an entrepreneurial spirit to join our team.  Successful candidates will have a solid understanding of current software technology and will be eager and able to become productive quickly in new technologies.

1. Developing software for clients' products based on requirements, architecture, and design
2. Being responsible for requirements gathering, documentation, coding, testing, debugging, and maintenance
3. Participating in design, code, architecture, and test plan reviews, both with an internal team as well as with the client
4. Creating and executing unit and integration tests
5. Interacting with the client

A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in computer science and/or electrical engineering or in a related field is required.  Candidates must be highly motivated, independent, and creative, accompanied by good communications skills and the drive to excel.  Experience with one or more of the following technologies -- Microsoft .NET/C#, C, or C++ -- is required.  Preference will be given to candidates with three or more years of software development experience.  The ability to become productive rapidly while learning new technologies is also highly desirable.
