January 24, 2008 — Indianapolis, Indiana — Gale Force Software Corporation is pleased to announce that Laura Combs has joined the company as a Senior Software Engineer.  Laura brings to the team 11 years of experience in the design and development of software applications for clients in the retail pharmacy, hospital laboratory information system, and banking marketplaces.  She is a graduate of Indiana State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.

Laura's experience in developing information systems applications for retail pharmacy and hospital environments fits in well with Gale Force Software's support of clients in the medical device marketplace.  The company also works with clients that develop products in the HVAC, finance, and secure access control markets, among others. Gale Force Software works with clients located across the country.

Prior to joining Gale Force Software, many of the company's team members have held significant positions with organizations such as Roche Diagnostics Corporation; Baker Hill; Naval Avionics Center; Software Artistry; Eli Lilly and Company; UMM Electronics; Science Applications International Corporation; Orchard Software; Software Engineering Professionals, Inc.; and Indesign, LLC.
